Terms of use for digital communication
The information contained in an e-mail message and its attachments is intended only for the addressee and may contain confidential and/or proprietary information. Please note that any form of unauthorized use, publication, duplication or disclosure of the message is prohibited. This is intended exclusively for the named addressee or his or her representative. If you are not the intended addressee of the message or his or her representative, please delete the message and notify the sender without copying, distributing or disclosing the message to anyone else.
For compliance with internal policies and for the purposes of corporate protection, any messages we or any affiliate may receive may be subject to further investigation.
To fulfil legal requirements, the DVA uses an automatic email archiving system to store emails.
The security and accuracy of electronic traffic can not be fully guaranteed as messages can be supplemented, modified, lost or even destroyed. Even though we take special security measures to ensure that our outgoing electronic mail is free from viruses or other malicious programs of any kind, there remains some residual risk.
Anyone who communicates with us through electronic data exchange is required to be aware of and accept this residual risk. DVA is not liable for the negligent transmission of any such malicious data exchange programs.
In the event of accidental transmission of any such malicious programs, the liability of DVA is limited to intent or gross negligence. This does not affect the other liability for any other reason.
